Job Description Summary
The role of the TGS Delivery OCM & Digital Experience Analyst will act as a partner for the Infrastructure, Engineering, Operations, and Services (IEOS) and Engineering Digital Applications & Architecture (EDAA) teams to drive and deliver the change management of end user programs and initiatives.
The analyst will be an enabler in supporting development of an overall user experience strategy, identifying focus areas for improvement, and influencing IT and services teams to consider and prioritize the end user experience in solutions delivered. The Specialist will also lead deployment of portions of the strategy, leveraging excellent communication and organizational skills to engage and motivate teams to think bigger and better in keeping the user in mind, while also driving tasks through to completion.
Additionally, the analyst will work closely with the leadership team to understand program and project goals from an OCM standpoint and provide proactive project communication updates to both technology and business leadership. This includes ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about project progress, challenges, and successes. The analyst will be in a highly visible role that will work in close partnership with the TGS technology teams that provide solutions for BD. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of excellent written and oral communication skills, a passion for the end user and technology usability, execution experience, business and technology experience, exceptional relationship building skills and solution-oriented mentality.
In addition, this person should also possess:
3+ years of experience in a business including work in one or more of the following areas: IT, communications and change, end user and collaboration technology
Ability to communicate complex business / technical challenges in a simplified manner
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels
Experience with technology change management and user adoption. Passion for bringing an end user mentality to technology deployments.
Mindful of user experience principles and an innovative problem solver to build engagement campaigns & initiatives
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technology, or a related field is strongly preferred. Associates Degree minimum required.
