Job description

This is a remote role -

Century Consulting Services is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to the financial services industry. We take pride in providing superior consulting services and insight to clients who are pursuing solutions for dealing with their financial situation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our Litigation team as a Client Liaison. As a Client Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for our attorneys and valued clients, aiding in the flow of communication and ensuring that all parties are up-to-date with any and all changes in the legal process. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the client journey.

Schedule:

  • M-W 9:30AM-6:00PM EST, Thursday 9:00AM-6:00PM EST, Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM EST

Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients in legal matters, providing friendly and proactive assistance.
  • Case Management: Work closely with legal teams to manage case documentation and client files.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal/external teams and clients to ensure smooth transitions and accurate information transfer.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of attorney/client interactions within firm’s database

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of call center experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools, databases, and basic office software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Exceptional communication skills and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts in an extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Legal background (highly preferred)
