Job Description
The Operational Controls Manager leads the strategic initiative to provide operational risk/return expertise to the claims organization. This role has deep insights across business/functional areas to challenge and report. This role is responsible for implementing and influencing national claims control framework within Allstate. This role will be responsible for building out the control framework for national claims consisting of tools, standards, and risk/mitigation processes. This role will lead the operational controls team will direct and assists AORs to identify and assess risk, mitigate risk in accordance with appetite and analyze and understand the risk environment overall.Joining our team isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity.
