Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud with a proven track record of analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to optimize our Salesforce platform and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collects, documents, and confirms business requirements and functional specifications related to Service Cloud Functionalities

• Configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs. Develops, and delivers test plans and associated test case scenarios

• Supports in developing, writing, and communicating business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions
• Supports various reporting and analytical functions necessary for the accurate maintenance of the solutions
• Supports delivering engagements for technology solutions practice and helps troubleshoot issues that arise from translation of requirements
• Keeps stakeholders informed of problems, issues, and resolutions and manages their expectations
• Works in close collaboration with business partners and developers to ensure consistent understanding of business processes and requirements
• Supports in analyzing customer’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements
• Supports in review and approval of test plans and monitors testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk
• Assists with tasks and deliverables related to System Development Life Cycle phases for package and custom solutions
• Develops and executes functional unit test (FUT) and broader system integration tests
• Investigates and documents project issues and detailed requirements
• Creates defects against test scripts and provides support for remediation activities
• Develops and reviews web-based training assets that will be deployed to the external customers
• Creates reporting and databases to support multiple ongoing projects at a time
• Participates in user and project meetings and teams to expand knowledge; facilitates project status meetings, tracks project status
• Works in close collaboration with business partners and developers to ensure consistent understanding of business processes and requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Salesforce.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations and configurations.
  • Past Salesforce Development experience preferred.
  • Hands on Salesforce configuration savvy. Must be handy and willing to troubleshoot issues and perform a root cause analysis within the realms of salesforce platform.
  • Integration experience Is preferred

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (preferred).
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).

Experience & Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 2+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations. Preferred Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Lean Six Sigma ITIL, ITSM Certifications Skills & Knowledge: Behavioral Skills: Critical Thinking Detail Oriented Impact and Influencing Collaboration Multitasking Problem Solving Technical Skills: Application Design and Management Data Security Database Management Systems Information Security Strategy Server Technologies Software Design and Testing Technical Documentation Tools Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite Business Intelligence Tools like Tableau, Power BI Programming and Development Languages - JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, SQL CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce
