Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the CEO of a dynamic SEO agency. This role is integral to ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized, communication is streamlined, and operations run smoothly.

As the Executive Assistant, you will manage key communication channels, oversee scheduling, and assist with a variety of administrative, operational, and creative tasks. You will play a critical role in maintaining the CEO’s workflow while acting as a key liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and the CEO.

Salary - $15 per hour

Type of Work - Full time 40 hours per week (REMOTE)

Work Schedule - 9-5 EST

Requirements

  • In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Trello, Slack, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and Brevo (CRM Platform).
  • Exceptional ability to organize and prioritize tasks, manage calendars, and handle travel arrangements with efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English for drafting emails, newsletters, and correspondence.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly for QA and grammar-checking newsletters and managing important documentation like contracts and expenses.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently and effectively.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused on priorities.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and basic prompting skills to improve workflow and streamline tasks.
  • Basic experience with tools like Canva for light design tasks.
  • Strong ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, advertisers, employees, and legal and finance teams.
