  • Proven Startup Experience: You've built and scaled SaaS products from the ground up, particularly in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of digital B2B products, payment systems, and ecosystem design; logistics or operational experience is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong business acumen and the ability to create long-term strategies while executing on immediate priorities.
  • Leadership & Character: A decisive, strong-willed leader with excellent communication and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-Centric: Obsessed with delivering value to users and solving real-world challenges with technology.
  • Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
