Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a Fullstack Developer to join our team.

Responsibilties:

• Build, test, deploy, and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, C#, JavaScript, CSS, React, and SQL Server with a focus on Human Centered Design.
• Lead UI/UX design and ADA compliance efforts.
• Follow project processes as directed by managers.
• Use agile development methods.
• Work with developers and teams for integration alignment with other products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of web development experience with Microsoft SQL Server, React, and C#Experience in front-end web development, UI/UX design, Human-Centered Design, and ADA Compliance is essential.
• Microsoft Azure certification is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of web development best practices, standards, and tools.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Experience with utilizing AI / Copilot in software development or use in increasing developer productivity is a plus.
