About the Role

As a Product Sales Support, you will be directly reporting to the New Zealand-based Head of Product, you will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency of product data management and supporting marketing initiatives by ensuring accurate and timely product information, streamlining sales processes, and facilitating seamless communication between sales, marketing, and other departments to drive product visibility and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Support: Managing and maintaining product information, supplier details, and project imagery, while ensuring accurate and timely updates across platforms such as Plytix, D365, and Masterspec.
  • Project Coordination: Overseeing product launches, ensuring adherence to timelines, and providing support to the marketing team in executing promotional initiatives.
  • Assisting with various marketing projects on an as-needed basis to ensure seamless operations.
 

Position Prerequisites

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in marketing or sales support is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn D365, WordPress, Plytix, HubSpot, Eboss, InDesign, and MasterSpec.
 

Skills

  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a good understanding of asset and file management and be extremely organized. 
  • Self-starter, willing to learn about products. 
  • A practical, Team Player who can think laterally with a solutions-based attitude.
