About the Role:
We are seeking an organised and motivated Female Executive Assistant to support both professional and personal tasks. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, adept at managing various responsibilities, and excited to leverage technology for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Support: Assist with expense tracking, invoice preparation, and complex financial reports.
- Task Coordination: Handle a variety of professional and personal errands to help keep things running smoothly.
- Data Management: Work with spreadsheets and other tools to organise and update important information.
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing projects by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Email and Communication: Manage inboxes, respond to messages, and maintain clear and timely communication.
- Calendar Management: Keep schedules organised by planning meetings, appointments, and events.
- Research and Planning: Help with finding information, comparing options, and planning travel or events.
- Learning and Development: Look for ways to enhance processes and improve efficiency over time.
Key Skills & Qualities:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets: Advanced knowledge to create complex formulas, reports, and organise data effectively.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage complex schedules and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Accounting Knowledge: A background in accounting, with experience in bookkeeping or financial reporting, using Xero or Quickbooks
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in managing data and financial information.
- Professional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience of 3+ years in a similar role, demonstrating expertise and proven success in the field.
- Availability to join Zoom during your shift is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Any experience with Australian accounting.
