We are looking for a dynamic and client-oriented Account Executive who will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with current clients and identifying new business opportunities. This role is crucial for achieving Conexa’s sales and growth objectives
Main responsabilities
Business Development:
  • Source and qualify opportunities that fit our ICP.
  • Excellent knowledge & DEEP understanding of conexas products.
  • Lead the BDR team to achieve new potential clients attraction and close deals.
  • Conducting discovery calls & product demonstrations (Demos).
  • Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts.
Client Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve el % de retention y upselling objectives.
  • Identify client needs! and offer suitable solutions which conexa can really deliver.
Internal Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments (marketing, product, technology) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Really understand Product and Tech dynamics. Understand our products by heart.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the delivery and execution of services or products.
  • Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and record KPIs throughout Hubspot Reports.
Requisitos Excluyentes
  • This role will be based in Buenos Aires 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or similar roles in Tech B2B sales.
  • Exceptional communication in English language.
  • Proficiency in using CRM Hubspot and sales management tools (Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Crunchbase)
  • Focused on achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proactive attitude! And problem-solving ability are a MUST!
  • Experience dealing with C-levels decision makers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
