Job description

Your mission
As a People Team Intern, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our People Operations run smoothly while supporting our recruitment efforts to attract top talent. You’ll gain hands-on experience in HR processes, have a meaningful impact on employee experiences, and contribute to building a world-class team.

P.S.: Please note this is an unpaid internship.
In this role, you will:
People Operations

  • Support the People Operations team in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, processing employee data, and maintaining HR systems.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Help implement and improve internal People policies and procedures to enhance the employee experience.
  • Coordinate and organize internal events such as team on-site or all hands, and training sessions.
  • Manage and update HR documentation, including handbooks, templates, and compliance records.
Recruitment

  • Assist in the recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Help identify potential candidates through sourcing channels such as LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Provide feedback and insights to continuously improve the candidate experience.
What you need to be successful:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passion for people operations, recruitment, and creating an exceptional employee experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus, especially German.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and comfortable learning new HR software tools.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
