Job description

This is a remote position.

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.This position entails the dual role of a Business Analyst who collaborates closely with the Product Owner/Customer on requirement gathering, business value assessment, and defining success metrics. Additionally, this role involves managing project delivery utilizing both sprint and waterfall methodologies

Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to
Salesforce platform.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce configuration
and customization.
- Configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including but not limited to custom objects,
fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Worked on BRD and FRD​
- Perform data analysis and data migrations as needed to support Salesforce initiatives.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to Salesforce users.
- Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement and maintain integrations
between Salesforce and other systems.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features to advise stakeholders on best
practices and optimizations.
- Participate in the testing and quality assurance processes for Salesforce enhancements
and releases.




Requirements
Qalifications:

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a SF Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce
implementations.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
