As a BI Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategy for data-driven decision-making. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to harness data insights that propel business performance. Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and translate them into technical requirements for BI solutions.
Create data models and design effective, interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI).
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track organizational performance against goals, helping teams understand metrics and their implications.
Develop and distribute regular and ad hoc reports to stakeholders, presenting insights and explaining findings in a way that supports informed decision-making.
Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance by establishing protocols and checking for data consistency and accuracy.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their specific needs, present data-driven findings, and propose improvements or adjustments.
Maintain documentation on data processes, report specifications, and insights generation for future reference and continuity.

Tech stack: SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, ETL tools.

Profile Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles.
Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in English (B2/C1 level) or German
