Location - Remote - Ontario 

Shift - Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm


Key Qualifications


Must have Clearance and Rating experience 

High school Diploma is required, post-secondary education preferred 

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Customs Brokerage environment, clearing Air/Ocean shipments 

CCS designation is an asset

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products 

An eye for detail is critical for success in the role 

A proactive problem solving mindset

Description of Role

As an Import Analyst, you are responsible for liaising with multiple third parties (including Canada Customs, our clients, and shipping companies) to ensure international Air/Ocean imports are cleared for entry into Canada. 

Use multiple computer programs, to input required information into our database 

Communicate with clients, and transportation carriers via email and phone

Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies
