This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 

  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break).

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive General Support Virtual Assistant (VA) to assist our Paralegal and Lead VA in managing various tasks across the firm's practice areas. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, follow-through, and learning new tools to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with clients via email, text, and phone to gather required information for their projects.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate project notes in the project management software, ClickUp.
  • Monitor the status of client applications across multiple online application portals.
  • Automate and review client documents using Zapier, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with a co-VA to manage and organize the firm's support email inbox.

  • Quick learner, comfortable with new software and online applications.
