Job description

This is a remote position.

Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week, M-F, anytime bet 8am and 5pm


About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented   Social Media Specialist  to elevate our brand’s online presence and engage with audiences across platforms. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our goals, enhance brand awareness, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Distribution:

    • Design visually appealing and on-brand posts using Photoshop and Canva.
    • Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
    • Schedule and publish content across platforms to ensure consistent posting.
  • Campaign Strategy and Management:

    • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies tailored to our audience.
    • Stay informed about the latest trends and platform updates to enhance campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:

    • Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of posts and campaigns.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and ROI.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing and design teams to produce cohesive visuals, videos, and copy.
    • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Photoshop and Canva.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills to create engaging copy.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of paid social campaigns and audience targeting is a plus.
  • Passionate about social media trends and staying ahead in a dynamic environment.
