Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to drive our online engagement and growth across multiple platforms. You’ll be at the forefront of our digital strategy, crafting compelling content that resonates with our niche audience of twin parents. This role offers a unique blend of creativity and strategy, as you’ll manage our social media calendar, create eye-catching visuals, and produce engaging video content. You’ll have the opportunity to significantly impact a growing business, shaping its digital marketing approach and contributing to its success in a specialized e-commerce market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Create and schedule engaging content at least two weeks in advance
  • Craft visually appealing posts using existing photos and Canva templates
  • Produce and optimize reels and short-form videos
  • Integrate weekly blog content into social media posts
  • Manage and grow an active Facebook community
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to boost engagement
  • Collaborate with the business owner to align social efforts with overall goals
Requirements
  • Proven track record in social media management for e-commerce or retail brands
  • Proficiency in social media tools, especially Planoly
  • Strong creative skills for producing engaging visual and video content
  • Experience with short-form video editing and creation
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and growth strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices
  • Ability to adapt content strategy based on performance metrics
  • Experience growing accounts with 5,000+ followers preferred
