Job description

This is a remote position.


The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and platforms that support our digital marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes to ensure a consistent and responsive design across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Implement user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design elements.
  • Optimize websites for performance and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Build and maintain server-side logic and database systems.
  • Develop APIs for data retrieval and integration with third-party services.
  • Implement security protocols to protect sensitive data and user information.
  • Design and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
  • Optimize database performance and query efficiency.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to integrate third-party tools and platforms.
  • Create interactive features such as forms, chatbots, and social media integrations.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between different systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, databases, and systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams.
  • Implement version control and manage code repositories.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing specialists to align development with marketing strategies.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical team members.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django, Ruby on Rails).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
