Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Product & Regional Marketing to lead marketing strategies for single-cell and spatial instruments and reagents. This hybrid role combines product marketing with regional strategy, enabling you to make a meaningful impact on the life sciences and research markets. Duties and Responsibilities

Product Marketing:

  • Develop unique product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and launch impactful campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine strategies.
  • Create sales tools, including presentations, training materials, and case studies.

Regional Marketing:

  • Adapt global messaging and campaigns for regional audiences.
  • Analyze regional trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns, including digital, event-based, and partnerships.
  • Track and optimize regional marketing performance to drive growth.

Collaboration:

  • Align product, sales, and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Work closely with digital marketing, content, and creative teams to develop assets.
  • Provide regular updates on product performance and campaign results.

Insights & Strategy:

  • Gather customer insights and market research to inform strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, especially in single-cell and spatial tools.
  • Attend events and engage directly with customers to understand market needs.

Metrics & Reporting:

  • Define and track KPIs for product and regional marketing efforts.
  • Share performance insights with leadership to enhance strategies.

 

Qualifications/Skills

  • Masters + 2 years of experience or Ph.D. in Immuno-oncology, Neuroscience, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years in product marketing, regional marketing, or similar roles, ideally in life sciences or biotech.
  • Strong knowledge of single-cell and spatial instruments and reagents.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and familiarity with marketing analytics.
  • Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing, and campaign optimization.
  • Preferred:
    • Regional market expertise and the ability to adapt campaigns to cultural nuances.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital channels.

The hiring range for this position is $155,000 - $185,000 per year, which may factor in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Our full-time regular positions also include an annual performance-based bonus (or a sales incentive plan) and long-term incentive units (equity) provided as part of our compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
