Job Scope and Accountabilities:
- As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding client relationships. Your primary focus will be to act as a trusted strategic partner, ensuring client satisfaction, securing renewals that meet or exceed revenue targets, and foster growth within our existing client base while strategically executing cross-sales initiatives. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise to understand client needs deeply and align our solutions to drive tangible business outcomes. This role requires a blend of relationship management, strategic thinking, and proactive sales acumen to maximize revenue opportunities and client satisfaction. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Serve as a relationship manager to the client:
- Keep clients informed of what is new in the industry and at SAI360.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements to provide personalized solutions and support and identify where growth opportunities are available.
- Act as liaison between internal teams, particularly new business sales, professional services and client delivery teams, and product management to enable effective client implementations, escalate opportunities for growth or client experience improvement.
- Highly consultative and customer-oriented focus is required to ensure solutions proposed to the clients meet their risk and compliance objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for value-added services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales goals for renewals and upsells
- Collaborate with other SAI360 sales and professional services team members on up- selling/cross selling opportunities within assigned territory and/or client-base.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process to identify new upsell opportunities based upon understanding client needs and fit with SAI360 capabilities.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity information in SalesForce.com including timely updates to opportunity pipeline and monthly forecast.
- Remain knowledgeable and up to date on compliance and risk management market developments and trends.
- Ability to present and demonstrate the benefits of using SAI360’s software and affiliated services to current clients, becoming well-versed in our core solution offerings.
- Work effectively in a home office environment, while being comfortable traveling to meet onsite clients (when required/applicable), in addition to attending occasional meetings onsite in our US-based offices.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- 3+ years of proven success as a software/services sales professional with a track record that aligns closer to existing business and renewals/upsells or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience renewing multi-year, subscription-based SaaS products.
- Business acumen and confidence/comfort meeting with and selling to senior executives – C-Level, general counsel, attorneys, compliance directors, etc.
- Adept ability to create strong customer relationships and leverage them for cross-sell opportunities, with expert sales process management skills.
- General understanding of compliance or GRC challenges
- Basic technical ability with Microsoft Office 365 products, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn / other social media platforms, and remote meeting tools.

- Confident personality, with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required with the ability to work within all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated and reliable with a strong independent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Complex problem-solving ability with a solutions-oriented focus.
- Disciplined time and territory management skills.
As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
