About the role
We are currently looking for a Business Analyst, which would play a significant role in our Human Resources Community.

As a Business Analyst, you play a critical role in ensuring we are building the right processes and looking to continuously improve the Employee experience. Acting as the link between business and the Human resources Community,
you will sollicit business requirements through active listening, asking ‘Why’ questions, and all the while building collaborative relationships with stakeholders across different departments.
What you'll do here:
You will identify and own requirements and function as the alternate go-to source.
Translate vision into specifications based on future roadmaps.
Facilitate workshops to document business processes and technical systems.
Function as an intermediary between users and managers from different hierarchical levels.
Ensure the link between the business units and HR Community.
Write clear requirements.
Obtain and consolidate feedback from various subject matter experts.
Assist with change management.
Assess and document impacts and plan for risk mitigation.
Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
Support Project Leadership in maximizing engagement and efficiency of the team.
Produce any documentation required to help move processes forward.
Participate in planning, demos, committees and retrospectives.
What you bring to the table:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
Strong Presentation and facilitation skills – skilled at PPT and Visio.
Advanced analytical skills facilitating problem solving.
Demonstrated ability to cope with change effectively.
Have initiative and is autonomous.
Skills for time and priority management.
Ability to manage multiple files at the same time.
Good knowledge of the Agile methodology
Experience with HR projects is an asset
Workday experience is an asset.
Knowledge of the Auto & Home insurance industry is an asset.
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
