We have an immediate opening for an attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing municipal transactional law, including drafting ordinances and resolutions, dealing with open meeting laws, land use and planning, conflicts of interest, free speech regulations, public safety issues, election law matters, and other issues surrounding public agency clients. Experience handling public meetings essential. This position may be remote but the attorney is expected to travel for client meetings as necessary. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California. The ideal candidate will be based in Los Angeles, Irvine, or Riverside/Ontario.
