What You Will Achieve

You will be managing production cost centers and supervising production personnel in the manufacturing of products. You will support our patients' needs by maintaining impeccable regulatory compliance and developing behavioral and technical competencies for the organization within an environment of continuous improvement.

As a Manager, your breadth of knowledge on internal or external business challenges will help us improve our products, processes and services. You will be responsible for meeting objectives and preparing forecasts for resource requirements. Your risk-taking ability will help us advance new concepts and methodologies. You will provide technical guidance and oversight to team members and help in problem solving.

How You Will Achieve It
  • Manage multiple projects within the department typically involving cross-functional representatives.
  • Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult/complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity, innovation, and creativity.
  • Ensure {Current} Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP} and Good Distribution Practices {part of GxP} in day to day operations.
  • Manage staff involved with the production or completion of process in compliance with all regulatory requirements, cGMPs and company policies, procedures and goals.
  • Manage multiple projects and ongoing work activities within the department typically involving cross-functional representatives.
  • Work closely with quality, production, procurement, suppliers and forwarding agents to ensure supply continuity.
  • Interact with senior internal and external personnel on matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
  • Lead or oversee investigations and continuous improvement initiatives, applying tools, to improve quality, cost, safety and/or cycle time.
  • Ensure audit readiness and prepare monthly report of production activities including trend analysis and the system health.
  • Guide, monitor and develop team to foster continuous improvement and set realistic objectives.
  • Execute product quality/production performance on time and within budget.
  • Develop a high level of performance improvement through effective people management and the development of a multi-skilled work force.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and lead project teams
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and provide technical leadership while working remotely
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Work Location Assignment: On Premise

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $109 400,00 to $182 300,00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15,0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
