IAA, an RB Global Inc. company, is seeking a Mobile Device Administrator to join our team.

This position has accountability for day-to-day administration and troubleshooting of all corporate mobile devices including network connectivity and sync. Responsibilities include utilizing our MDM platforms to administer and troubleshoot and working with our Branch locations to deliver the optimal experience. The incumbent will collaborate with other workgroups such as the mobility team or Infrastructure Operations in an effort to determine root cause for any issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer mobile device management platforms
  • Manage all corporate mobile devices
  • Level 2 troubleshooting of Network and Sync issues related to mobile devices
  • Utilize ServiceNow to track and report on mobile device issues
  • Execute against incident/request on daily basis in compliance with business defined SLAs.
  • Work with vendor in deployment/testing/maintenance of mobile devices.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure necessary to support mobile devices
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Work closely with the mobility team to define and deploy standards
  • Evaluate new hardware solutions to determine if there are any improvements over the current experience
  • Manage carrier invoicing
  • Support order and manage deployment of new and replacement hardware Competencies
  • Must have solid understanding of mobile device management platforms (SOTI/Intune)
  • Must have excellent communication (oral and written) and interface effectively with all levels of management as well as the technical team, and concisely, logically and accurately present issues verbally and in written format
  • Strong problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Must be a strong team player and have good interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Must possess excellent organizational, time management, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
