About the Role:

As a Product Owner at XTEL, you will work with agile teams to design, build, and deliver our products. You will translate customer business requirements into production software, acting as the go-to person for your product area.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and architects to design business solutions and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Ensure scrum teams have the necessary context to take ownership of solutions.
• Gather requirements and define backlog based on customer outcomes.
• Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and represent end users in backlog grooming.
• Align solutions with other product owners and design effective user experiences with the design team.
• Prioritize technical enablers with product architects and manage scope adjustments.
• Foster relationships with scrum teams and champion process improvements.
• Provide last-level support to other PO teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software company.
• Experience in RGM, pricing, promotions, or revenue optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong questioning skills, focusing on "why" rather than "how" or "what."

Preferred Skills:

• Affinity with design thinking/user-centered design techniques.
• Familiarity with Product Management tools.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and agile methodologies.
• Skills in data, economic, or financial analysis.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to align product strategy with business objectives.
