Job role

 

The role is responsible for managing the run and development for several IT tools within the overall Platform, as following:

•            Product Owner for Employee Central

•            Business & Product Owner for Accenture Data Loader and

•            Business & Product Owner for Ingentis Org Manager

 

What you will do

 

•            Manage and drive all CRs related to above 3 tools’ ownership to management

•            Perform all defined tasks of a Business Owner & Product Owner for the Accenture Data Loader and Ingentis Org Manager, Product Owner for EC

•            Coordinate between vendors and AZ Technology

•            Present and gather feedback from Operating Entities (OEs) on tools and translate into new global business requirements and implementation stories

•            Work on new Org Manager view designs

•            Provide Training to OEs on tool usage

•            Monthly updates preparation and community calls

•            Point person on VAIT topics for add-on tools

 

What you bring

 

•            Strong understanding of IT Applications and Architecture

•            Experience in Product Management

•            Knowledge of HR Information Systems preferably SuccessFactors, Employee Central

•            Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail

•            Very strong communication skills and confidence in daily interaction with customers

•            Pro-active and independent working style with ability to deliver high quality results under time pressure

•            5+ years of experience in product management/application development or other related field

 

You have

 

•            Strong academic track record; University degree preferably in IT administration or Project Management

•            Fluency in written and spoken English;

•            Advanced MS Office skills, JIRA  is a plus

•            Project management (classical & agile) / SCRUM is a plus
