Our client is seeking a Senior System Engineer - EE System Design. By applying, you gain access to the Hashlist network, unlocking opportunities in automotive projects across the industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Define system requirements for the new centralized, service-oriented EE architecture, covering domains such as ADAS/AD, Body, Cockpit, Connectivity, and Powertrain.
  • Develop and manage EE system requirements using systematic models, ensuring industry-leading standards for completeness and correctness (INCOSE, MBSE).
  • Drive agile early life cycle delivery of hardware and software solutions based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Ensure Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements are integrated into EE system designs.
  • Define functional allocation between multiple ECUs on the vehicle bus, considering overall architecture.
  • Support validation teams in test case definition and issue resolution with suppliers.
  • Conduct benchmarking to optimize solutions and improve quality.
  • Foster research and engineering skill development within the team, promoting collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing high-content Automotive EE Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of INCOSE and MBSE methodologies.
  • Experience with agile development and SOA principles.
  • Familiarity with Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements in automotive systems.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality automotive hardware and software solutions.
