SALES MANAGER - PHARMACEUTICAL


Our client is a leading international company specializing in the distribution of specialty chemicals and performance materials.

To support their growth in Spain, we are looking for a Sales Manager to drive their Pharmaceutical business line.


We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong market knowledge, sales expertise, and technical proficiency to play a pivotal role in managing and expanding this business line.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and grow the assigned client portfolio, focusing on turnover and profitability objectives for the Pharma market.
  • Promote the company’s product portfolio to assigned accounts and regions.
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships and business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and draft commercial offers while providing pre- and post-sales technical support.
  • Manage relationships with strategic suppliers/Principals, including reporting and alignment on targets.
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare annual sales budgets (revenue, gross margin, volumes).
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and provide regular reports to management and suppliers.
  • Coordinate purchasing, stock management, and product rotation.
  • Attend trade fairs and manage the indent business.


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Chemistry or Pharma
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Sales Manager in the Pharma market.
  • Skills: Proficiency in English, entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Availability: Willingness to travel across Spain (30% of the time).
