Linehaul Driver

About the role

• Team Global Express is currently seeking a Linehaul Driver to commence immediately at our Altona North Depot.
• This is a Full Time Permanent Position.
• Must be available to commence during PM hours and be fit and able to complete up to a 14 hour shift overnight.
• Safely deliver freight from Melbourne - Sydney, Adelaide depots mainly directly but changeover during the weekend.
• Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes.
• Complete regular vehicle pre-start checks.
• There is no set allocation of trucks in this position.
• $0.63c per Kilometer.
•  $36.57 per Hour (Hourly Rate is paid for annual/sick leave and RDO's).
• 15% Superannuation.
• Company Funded Accommodation provided for 10-hour break.
• $45.03 Overnight Allowance.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interstate linehaul driving with B-doubles.
• Must have a safety-first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently.
• Valid & Current MC License.
• BFM Certificate accreditation.
