As a Process Engineer, you'll be reporting to the Head of Process Engineering Department, this role involves developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of an international company.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure products meet applicable specifications and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives in production areas.
  • Prepare and maintain validation plans for product development and transfer.
  • Manage ramp-up production for new and current manufacturing processes, applying LEAN principles.
  • Lead and coordinate the transfer of production lines, ensuring smooth knowledge sharing and regular manufacturing.


Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Electronics or a related field.
  • Experience in defining and controlling manufacturing processes, including line optimization and run-at-rate measurements.
  • Proficiency in creating BOMs, routings, working instructions, FMEAs, process maps, and control plans.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methods (e.g., SPC, control charts) and LEAN principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
