As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily functions that are central to the local business and your work will have a direct impact on supply growth, quality and compliance.

You will be working closely with a high-achieving team, along with the Operations Specialists and/or the Operations Manager, actively contributing to the success of Bolt's Ride-hailing services on the Slovak market.

  • <point>Verifying, maintaining, organizing and auditing driver and vehicle documentation.</point> 
  • <point>Responding to driver issues with appropriate resolutions both in-person and over email, promptly.</point>
  • <point>Working closely with the local operations teams to streamline relevant processes.</point>
  • <point>Supporting the local operations teams in local initiatives that contribute to supply growth, quality and compliance.</point>
