Vice President, Strategy and Distribution

Compensation Range: $150,000 - 190,000 per year

We are seeking a Vice President of Strategy & Distribution to lead the auto insurance division for our client who specializes in customer acquisition and advertising for insurance companies. This role combines strategic vision with operational leadership, requiring a blend of high-level planning and practical execution in both product development and client operations.

The position offers flexibility as a remote role or can be based our clients home office.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and implementation of the auto insurance distribution revenue strategy, emphasizing innovative methods for monetizing leads, clicks, and calls.
• Create scalable strategies to attract clients, enhance profitability, and position the company as a leader in the auto insurance industry.
• Manage the complete onboarding experience for auto insurance clients, ensuring smooth integration across lead, click, and call distribution channels.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and marketing teams to facilitate seamless client integration and deliver a superior customer journey.
• Utilize business intelligence to refine monetization approaches and optimize distribution models, creating new revenue opportunities within the auto insurance portfolio.
• Partner closely with marketing, engineering, and data teams to synchronize operational plans and product development, supporting growth objectives.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in the insurance distribution industry, with a focus on auto insurance, revenue growth, and team leadership.
• Strong relationships with carriers, brokers, and networks in auto insurance, enabling immediate impact on vertical development.
• Proven experience managing client onboarding and engagement to drive satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Expertise in lead, click, and call monetization strategies, using data to optimize profitability.
• Proficient in SaaS distribution products, call and lead integrations, and insurance click APIs relevant to auto insurance.
• Skilled in developing and managing call center strategies and scalable distribution models.
• Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, data, and engineering to align with business goals.
