Overview:

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead our email marketing initiatives and develop lifecycle marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, revenue growth, and accelerate lead velocity. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally to create data-driven campaigns that deliver a seamless and engaging customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging insights to craft targeted email communications and is skilled at optimizing the buyer experience at each stage of their lifecycle.

 

Base Pay Range 95k - 130k

Responsibilities:

Email Management & Strategy: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of email and lifecycle marketing campaigns, including developing a comprehensive campaign calendar to ensure timely delivery and alignment with broader marketing initiatives. Identify and segment target audiences using data insights to drive relevance and personalization, and work closely with creative and content teams to produce engaging, on-brand email content. Manage strategies to optimize key elements while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency across all campaigns.

 

Campaign Strategy and Management: Develop and manage a global campaign framework and metrics to ensure regional alignment with key business objectives. Lead the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns, coordinating with creative and content teams to create and deploy assets across multiple channels for maximum impact.

 

Lifecycle Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies and automation to attract, engage, and nurture and accelerate buyers throughout their journey, optimizing touchpoints to enhance customer retention and loyalty. Develop customer segmentation strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with business goals, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Leverage data-driven insights and work with regional teams to personalize communications and build targeted campaigns that support key stages of the customer lifecycle. Partner with customer facing teams to align lifecycle campaigns with broader revenue goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in lifecycle and email marketing, ideally within a B2B demand generation or growth marketing environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging analytics, testing frameworks, and personalization to optimize the customer journey and drive loyalty.    
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools and understanding the mechanisms of a successful customer lifecycle strategy
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actional insights, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills with experience managing complex, multi-faceted campaigns across global teams
  • Familiarity with advanced personalization techniques using dynamic content and AI-driven insights.
  • Strong writing skills and an understanding of how to craft compelling email copy.
  • Effective communication, writing and collaboration skills
  • Team player, hard working, organized and goal oriented
