We know the key to our success is our people, and we’re proud to be home to some of the most innovative and skilled employees in the workforce today.

The Role

The Manager of Account Management drives revenue growth and expands market share for our products within the existing Bloomerang customer base. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Oversee the expansion sales process from identifying opportunities to closing deals, and ensuring the team follows established best practices and processes.
  • Utilize SFDC, Outreach and Gong analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and tracking progress toward expansion sales targets. Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Sales Leadership: Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding expansion sales targets with an existing customer base.
  • Customer Engagement Expertise: Strong background in building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and creating effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Data Analysis and Strategy: Proficiency in utilizing SFDC, Gong, and Outreach data analytics and sales reports to make data-driven decisions, optimize sales processes, and drive strategic expansion sales initiatives.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coach a sales team, fostering a motivated and collaborative team culture that consistently delivers results - including daily monitoring of KPIs and SFDC dashboards.
  • Curiosity & Initiative: Willingness to dig in with a customer or rep to understand the situation and find a path forward.
  • Drive to win: Always seeking a path to deliver 100%+ for the team.
