Sr. Graphic Designer

Overview:

Genesys is seeking a highly motivated and talented Sr. Graphic Designer to join our growing Creative Design team. In this role, you’ll ensure the Genesys brand remains consistent across various go-to-market deliverables. With several years of design experience, you bring exceptional time management and communication skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’re a self-starter who can execute with minimal direction, a collaborative team player who takes direction graciously, and a confident professional who diplomatically advocates for your ideas.

Responsibilities

· Consistently apply Genesys branding guidelines across all designs.

· Highly professional with ability to deliver solid work on tight deadlines.

· Listen to design needs, generate creative ideas, and communicate them to clients and team members.

· Carry design projects from concept through completion.

· Ensure design files and image libraries are organized consistently.

· Stay informed about industry trends to elevate the Genesys brand.

· Adhere to policies and conduct set forth by Genesys.

Requirements:

· Fluency in English, written and verbal.

· 5+ years of experience in graphic design, interaction design, visual design, or equivalent.

· Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook.)

· An up-to-date portfolio showcasing versatility, creativity, and diversity in design.

· Expertise in digital, presentation, and print design.

· Exhibit a strong sense of typography and visual composition.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.

· Ability to think creatively and solve problems independently.

· Ability to effectively consult and collaborate with non-designers on projects.

· A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Bonus points:

· Experience working in digital marketing and delivering high volumes of digital ads and creative assets.

· Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and its design requirements.

· Proficiency in Asana.

· Video editing and animating skills, including proficiency in relevant Adobe software.
