This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a New Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our ambitious growth targets in the dynamic world of 3D printing. In this exciting role, sustainability and innovation are at the forefront, driving our mission of remarkable lighting sustainably printed forward.

 

As a New Business Development Manager, you'll have the opportunity to be an innovator, championing the cutting-edge sustainable technology of MyCreation 3D printing to key customer segments (Fashion) across Europe.

  • Identifying New Opportunities: Continuously identify and create new commercial lead and customers by leveraging your deep understanding of the market and its key players. Stay ahead of industry trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities to drive growth

  • Promoting Innovation: Showcase our leading-edge technology to our target audience, highlighting the benefits and compelling outcomes it offers. From 3D printed connected lighting solutions to other innovations Signify can offer , your role is to drive excitement and adoption and help customers achieve their energy and sustainability goals

  • Building Strong Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture excellent relationships with key partners for Signify, maximizing sales opportunities and projects even in complex environments. Collaboration and synergy with partners are crucial for success in this role. Build up strong sales funnel of projects and convert these opportunities.

  • Strategic Account Penetration: Develop action strategic plans to penetrate key accounts, identifying multiple stakeholders and leveraging internal resources to drive the sales process forward. Your strategic approach will be instrumental in securing and expanding our market presence.

  • Customer Satisfaction Focus: Strive for the highest levels of customer satisfaction by understanding their challenges and needs, and offering solution-based approaches to address them effectively. Customer-centricity is at the core of everything we do.

More about you

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a fast -developing technical B2B industry, preferably (but not essentially) in the lighting sector

  • Fluent in English Dutch and German

  • You've an strong network within the fashion segment

  • Result-driven, financial acumen and the ability to seamlessly connect and influence customers’ decision-making

  • Dynamic and eager to win individual

  • Great team player and self-motivated

  • Thrives on working in highly dynamic and uncertain environments

  • Can translate high tech possibilities into understandable benefits for the right customer

  • Understands the sales cycle at corporate customers and the eco system around them

  • Result-driven, financial acumen and the ability to seamlessly connect and influence customers’ decision-making
