What we’re looking for

A Sales Operation Specialist to provide support to our Growth Organization. This role is integral in the success of our sales team and allows for the opportunity to interact with people all over the country. You will sit in our Portland office with the Sales Operations Team- a positive, hardworking group of problem solvers. If wearing many hats is your jam, then this is the role for you!

This position in 100% remote. Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY

What you'll do

  • New hire support: onboarding a new team member, setting them up for access to various platforms, and additional assistance
  • Project/Program implementation and tracking
  • Redefine and automate processes
  • Support team members and coordinate assignment changes for various platforms 
  • Innovate and find creative outlets to engage with the sales team
  • Connect and maintain relationships with other internal teams that support operations or sales
  • Sharing weekly updates to the team and attending weekly meetings to address any questions or concerns
  • Engage with our Slack community when team members need assistance
  • Provide updates for new and existing collateral
  • Support Sales Operations leadership in HubSpot use and management
  • Create and distribute market opportunity maps for the sales team
  • Help troubleshoot and answer general inquiries around use and protocols of Sales team tools
  • Support a myriad of programs and processes that support the general operational effectiveness of the sales team. Examples include:
    • Referral Program: with an emphasis on Employee Property
    • Referrals and Professional Referrals
    • Guarantee Program: qualifications and general inquiries

Skills you'll need

  • Strong attention to detail with a passion to succeed
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize
  • Tech-savvy and capable of learning new applications quickly and troubleshooting current processes 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Reliable and professional with a positive attitude
  • High integrity and accountability
  • Confident to both receive and offer direct constructive feedback
  • Proficiency with G-Suite applications
  • Previous experience in sales operations, sales, or operations preferred
  • HubSpot or Salesforce experience a plus
  • The ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and embrace changes as they arise 

Compensation:

  • $60000 - $77000 / year. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.
