About The Role:

As a Growth Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving the company’s marketing efforts across digital platforms, ensuring their message reaches millions while fostering a vibrant online community. This role offers the chance to blend creativity, strategy, and hands-on execution to make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Distribution: Develop and share engaging content across social media platforms with the goal of reaching millions.

  • Social Ad Monitoring: Track and respond to comments on social ads to enhance conversion rates (CVR).

  • Community Building: Establish and manage an online community, fostering engagement and growth.

  • Ad Creation & Management: Create ads and collaborate with content partners to ensure high-quality ad production.

  • Blog Writing: Contribute 1-2 blog articles per week that are insightful and engaging.

  • Competitor Research: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities.

  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify potential influencers to work with and manage these relationships.

  • Social Media Expertise: Proficient in managing social media platforms and engaging with online communities.

  • Graphic Design: Skilled in Photoshop and Canva for creating visually appealing content.

  • Video Editing: Experience with InShot, CapCut, or similar video editing apps for quick content production.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Experienced: 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role.

  • Social Media Savvy: Understanding content that engages audiences and able to spot trends, with a track record of success

  • Content Creator: Experience in creating video or visual content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube

  • Curious & Creative: Creativity, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.

  • Email Marketing Proficient: Experienced in email marketing

  • Time zone: Ability to work aligned to Central European Time business hours
