Senior Recruitment Consultant

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team full-time in Romania.

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the office in Bucharest, Romania to provide top-notch recruitment services and consultancy within an IT area working with international clients.

Responsibilities:

• Senior Recruitment Consultant will assume responsibility for the client / stack centre portfolio focusing on Romanian market
• This role implies full process leadership & direct engagement with senior level stakeholders as well as top notch candidate pools
• You will develop strong knowledge of relevant talent pools & Ciklum’s strategy to adjust recruitment focus accordingly
• You will apply all relevant methodologies to access & attract top talent for Ciklum & it’s clients in Romania
• You will get sourcing / agency support where needed & access to full set of candidate sourcing tools
• Senior Recruitment Consultant will represent Ciklum to the highest standard & will promote company employer brand

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in recruitment of IT specialists in international companies or recruitment agencies
• Strong LinkedIn and overall network in Romania IT market that will continue to expand alongside us
• Experience in attending and representing at Romanian job fairs and IT events
• Experience in candidate selection, interviewing
• Experience in direct search and headhunting
• Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process
• International recruitment experience would be an advantage
• Advanced level of written and conversational English and Romanian as a native speaker
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills
• Positive attitude & result oriented approach
