Job description

The Role:

We are looking for a CRM and Sales Operations Specialist with expertise in CRM implementation, tooling integrations, and workflow design to support our account-based sales operations. This role is tailored for someone with deep experience in CRMs, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot, who understands the nuances of startup environments and thrives on optimizing sales processes and tools to drive efficiency and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Implementation and Management:
    • Lead CRM implementations, focusing on seamless integration of sales tools like email deliverability solutions, dialing tools, and other inside sales technologies.
    • Build, manage, and optimize workflows at the CRM level to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
    • Ensure CRM systems are configured to support contact-based account management and account-based sales strategies.
  • Tool Integration and Workflow Design:
    • Design and integrate sales tools into the CRM to support account-based workflows and operations.
    • Develop scalable, startup-specific solutions that go beyond traditional enterprise-focused CRM setups.
  • Sales Operations Expertise:
    • Drive sales operations strategies with a focus on account-based sales.
    • Understand and manage the distinction between leads and contacts, ensuring the CRM is optimized for a contact-based approach.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales pipeline visibility and team productivity.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools (Apollo.IO, Outreach.IO, Salesloft, dialing tools, workflow integrations, etc.), with a focus on startups or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of account-based sales operations and tooling integrations.
  • Expertise in building and optimizing workflows within CRMs.
  • Familiarity with inside sales tools such as email deliverability platforms and dialing systems.
  • A background in sales operations, with a focus on CRM architecture and sales process optimization.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions for scaling sales tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and sales teams.
