We are seeking a Sales Manager DACH to manage and expand customer accounts across the region. You will play a key role in driving business growth through identifying new opportunities, cross-selling, and fostering long-term partnerships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts, achieving growth objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within customer organizations to enable cross-selling and expansion.
  • Develop reliable sales forecasts and implement systems to improve customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and deliver exceptional service.
  • Analyze market data and provide insights to support business strategies.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to maintain commercial processes effectively.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in sales within the packaging sector – this is essential.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities with a focus on delivering results.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing and building relationships in complex, cross-functional environments.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and database management.
  • Fluent in English and German; a third language is a bonus.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.
