We’re seeking a talented Digital Performance Manager to join our team and take charge of scaling and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for top leading Portuguese websites in credit intermediation.

From a remote position, you’ll play a crucial role in managing significant budgets, driving measurable performance, and identifying opportunities to maximize ROI trough PPC campaigns, Display Advertising, Email Marketing and other relevant traffic sources.

👍 Scope of the job

  • Build, optimize, and scale cost-effective campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.

  • Take ownership of large advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spending while meeting ambitious scaling targets.

  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights, leveraging advanced analytics, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and real-time reporting to maximize ROI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Product) to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

  • Leverage conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools to analyze user behavior, refine landing pages, and maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Conduct detailed competitor benchmarking and market analysis to uncover strategic opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in digital performance.

  • Identify emerging opportunities within PPC and Display Advertising landscapes, including new audience targeting strategies, platforms, and search engine features.

  • Leverage our expertise in Google Search organic ecosystem (SEO) to develop paid campaigns targeting high-intent keywords for immediate impact.

  • Explore additional traffic sources, such as affiliate marketing and email marketing, to diversify acquisition strategies.
