About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Senior Executive Consultant (Chief of Staff) to support our leadership team, primarily working alongside the CEO. In this role, you will act as the CEO’s trusted partner, handling various strategic and operational tasks that require quick thinking, initiative, and exceptional communication skills. You will be involved in both client-facing activities and internal coordination, ensuring alignment with leadership goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong consulting mindset, be an intuitive problem solver, and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and critical thinking.

As Senior Executive Consultant (Chief of Staff), you will be a key player in managing communications and supporting the execution of key projects. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, draft professional communications, figure things out independently under ambiguity, and deliver work end-to-end rapidly and accurately will be crucial for success.

What you’ll do

  • CEO Support & Client Follow-ups: Attend key meetings with the CEO and handle follow-up actions with clients, ensuring alignment and smooth communication. Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Operational & Client Prospecting Tasks: Perform operational tasks to support client prospecting, create deals in HubSpot, and manage day-to-day operations.

  • Administrative & Client Prospecting Tasks: Perform administrative tasks to support client prospecting, create deals in HubSpot, and manage day-to-day operations.

  • Communication & Drafting: Draft clear and concise emails, client communications, and internal documentation. Represent the CEO’s voice in written communication, ensuring professionalism and timeliness.

  • Strategic & Operational Support: Collaborate with leadership to improve internal workflows and optimize business operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and deadlines are met.

  • Meeting Management & Listening: Participate in or listen to meetings, reviewing recordings as necessary, to ensure alignment on initiatives and prompt follow-ups on action items.

  • Client & Internal Relations: Manage low-stakes client and internal meetings, ensuring that key actions are addressed. Maintain strong client relationships, providing value and proactive solutions.

  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Apply strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify opportunities for improvement, and offer actionable insights to leadership.

  • Consultative Support: Act as a sounding board for leadership, providing consultative advice based on data analysis, both internal and client-facing.
