Job description

Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to focus on Learning and the delivery of the LMS module. This is a customer-facing role that allows you to grow your skills in latest HCM technology. This role can be based in one of our offices or work from home anywhere in Australia. We are open to offer this role as a contract for a senior independent consultant who can lead the implementation, or as a permanent opportunity for somebody who likes to grow capabilities across the SF offerings.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and deliver quality solutions aligned with business requirements of our customers.
  • Manage implementation and ensure successful delivery from design through to UAT, cut-over, go-live and handover to support.
  • in-depth Expertise in the Learning Management System Module
  • Work closely with customers to define requirements, develop strategies, and implement solution

  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, ensuring seamless integrations and efficient configurations.

  • Work in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with some required on-site presence for key customer meetings and project milestones.
Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or HR
  • A minimum of seven years of experience consulting in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience in at least three implementations in LMS
  • Ideally, relevant and current SAP certification(s) in SAP Learning Management
  • Experience in the energy and natural resources industry to understand respective learning systems and requirements
  • Ability to manage own workload independently in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent English communication and consulting skills
  • Ideally, experience in a consulting practice environment
