Job Description: The ideal candidate should have a well-seasoned background in the AV Integration industry. Certifications with AVIXA (CTS,
CTI-I), and experience with Video wall and Video wall processing integrations.
This is a key operational position with the opportunity to advance and grow with the company. You will be surrounded with
a team of professionals who service and support commercial audio-visual systems.
Safety and quality workmanship is our number 1 priority, the Lead AV Technician will perform AV installations and service
existing customer AV equipment. This equipment ranges from simple conference rooms, EOCs, Control Rooms, and large
display systems with video walls.
This candidate will work with a team of technicians to integrate advanced AV systems for Commercial only customers
throughout the state of Florida.
This candidate must be self a motivated individual who is capable of working on their own and giving direction to AV
technicians. This candidate must be able to professionally interface directly with customers.
Lead Audio Visual Installation Technician is in charge of each project assigned to them. They will act as the Lead of the
project to ensure the installation is successful. The lead tech will be provided with time to learn each project and assign and
delegate responsibilities to the technical team as necessary to be successful with each project
