Job description

Job Description:
Fully remote however we would like to target talent that's local to Marlborough, MA because the contractors would be asked to go into the office a few times a year and if there were tech issues they would need to work from the office. Please list location at the top of the resume. Thank you!

Schedule: 9-5 Monday through Friday, with potential 12-8 come April 2025. Remote work environment with potential for in office days.

Serves as a primary resource for all U.S. and Puerto Rico Associates at all levels contacting HR Shared Services. Provides information regarding Company specific HR policies and/or procedures, while complying with State, and Federal guidelines. Inquiries and processing include, but are not limited to, benefits, W2's and 1095s. Escalates complex cases to internal resources, including Specialists, SMEs, CoEs and HRBPs for further research and resolution.


Responsibilities:
• Responds to inquiries through multiple modes of contacts (phones, emails, ad hoc reports) related to W2's & 1095's
• Assists Associates and Managers navigating through HR systems.
• Document summary details of calls and processing in case management system.
• Escalates/partners on complex issues as required.
• Complies with all state, city, and federal regulations
• Utilizes policies, procedures, and internal resource materials to develop knowledge of all subjects handled by HR Shared Services.


Experience:
Develops a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures through administrative processing and responding to phone inquiries, which are documented in the case management system. Ensure all Associate interactions are conducted in a professional and confidential manner while exhibiting an excellent level of customer service.

Skills:
• Performs accurate and timely processing of HR transactions in HCM system.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
• Responds to email inquiries.

Education:
- High school or Any Degree
