Join GrowthAssistant as an Amazon Brand & Vendor Central Specialist!

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Brand & Vendor Central Specialist to manage and optimize our e-commerce presence, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch execution of brand strategies. The ideal candidate has a blend of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central expertise, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel for reporting and data management.

Salary Range: PHP 70,000 - 80,000/month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Seller & Vendor Central Management:
  • Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions, digital assets, and content formatting.
  • Process purchase orders, submit invoices, and troubleshoot inventory, shipment, and fulfillment issues via Seller/Vendor Central support.
  • Update product listings, perform PDP enhancements, and handle new product uploads.
  • Moderate reviews, social media content, and other user-generated content following SOPs.
Operational Excellence:
  • Follow and maintain brand-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Resolve Amazon Seller/Vendor Central cases and follow up to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Manage retail merchandising tasks such as PDP updates, pricing adjustments, and image management.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, summarizing key insights alongside industry benchmarks.
  • Perform monthly close inventory reporting, reconciliation, and ad-hoc reporting tasks.
Reporting & Analytics:
  • Download and reconcile month-end reports from Amazon Seller Central, matching ASINs and SKUs.
  • Leverage tools like PacVue and Helium10 for analytics and reporting.
  • Use Excel/Sheets for data exports, v-lookups, pivot tables, and dashboard creation.
Additional Tasks:
  • Assist with Amazon shipments, troubleshoot inventory, and manage promotions such as deals and coupons.
  • Proactively report on trends and leverage data for decision-making.
  • Provide daily check-in and end-of-day task prioritization reports.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of experience managing brands on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables).
  • Proven ability to process purchase orders and invoices and troubleshoot cases with Seller/Vendor Central support.
  • Experience following and iterating on role-related SOPs.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work during EST hours.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Slack, Outlook, and Office Suite for internal communications.
  • Exposure to e-commerce tools such as PacVue, Helium10, and NuOrder.
  • Experience with Shopify/Shopify+ for cross-platform data comparison and updates.
  • Knowledge of chargebacks, refund management, and Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Creative editing skills for enhancing content and listings.
