The Manager, Solutions Engineering is a member of the Saviynt's Revenue organization who possesses a unique blend of subject matter expertise and business acumen.  The Manager, Solutions Engineering will be responsible for collaborating with the Account Executives and Regional VPs to sell an integrated suite of Access Governance and Cloud Security solutions to new and existing accounts.  This individual will have a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices and technology integration, demonstrating expertise and delivery of deployment methodology to sophisticated customer engagements.

This individual will be responsible for the South Region Solutions Engineering Team and will provide expert knowledge to existing and prospective customers through the delivery of facilitated workshops, conducting collaborative strategy discussions, detailed discovery driving business value along with providing the conduit for a more comprehensive transition to the Saviynt and/or partner delivery team. 

The Manager, Solutions Engineering will work proactively and independently with various facets of the business ultimately driving opportunities to closure and positively impacting revenue.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Grow the Solutions Engineering team through additional sales enablement capabilities, focused subject matter expertise and team expansion.        
  • Rapidly assess needs and sell solutions to sophisticated customers.
  • Facilitate customer discovery and output
  • Derive customer vision and requirements
  • Establish a recommended deployment approach
  • Develop business case and supporting ROI
  • Generate scope definition and cost estimates
  • Acquire Saviynt product knowledge through training, applying methodology and procedures relevant to the customer facing role.
  • Develop customized presentations adapting to unique customer requirements and demonstrating creative approaches to fulfilling customer use cases.
  •  Provide oversight and collaborate with product team to provide curated responses to satisfy prospective customer inquiries resulting from an RFP.
  •  Conduct Saviynt deployment and best practices presentations and facilitate workshops (strategic vision and program development) to encourage dialogue, perform discovery and provide solution recommendations.
  •  Effectively communicate with Account Executives and Sales leaders, working proactively and independently to prioritize and manage top regional opportunities, driving them to closure.
  •   Regularly provide solution feedback and competitive intel from the field to Saviynt product management.

  • WHAT YOU BRING
  •  8+ years of previous business experience with demonstrable success in Cloud Security and/or Identity and Access Management solutions along with deployment and/or pre-sales consulting
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and written
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, or related area or demonstration of equivalent knowledge
  • Up to 50% domestic travel
