Job description

 

Intrepid Travel has offices in over 35 countries and employs 3000+ staff. Our systems and tech are at the core of our business operations. As our People Systems Consultant, you will fine-tune and spearhead innovative solutions to support our growing global team. 

In this role, you’ll take ownership of our HRIS platform, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering enhancements for improved efficiency. You’ll collaborate with other members of the People Systems and Analytics team to brainstorm and execute new functionality. You’ll interact with our implementation partners and internal stakeholders to configure best-practice solutions and manage system updates. With your expertise, you’ll help translate business needs into technical solutions that empower our people team globally. 

 

We are a small team that supports a global business and as our technical specialist you would have the opportunity to work across the SuccessFactors suite.  

  

This is a full-time permanent position, based in our New Delhi office. To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate mostly out of our office with some work-from-home days. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • 3–5 years of system administration and configuration experience with SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Platform, RBPs, and MDF Framework. 

  • Familiarity with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, LMS, or PMGM is advantageous. 

  • A willingness to learn and upskill into other SuccessFactors modules 

  • Solid understanding of HR processes and how they connect with system functionality is advantageous 

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
