Implementation Specialist

Xpressdocs is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team!

In this position, you will:

  • Achieve and maintain expert level of understanding of the Xpressdocs system including all functionality, programs, and products.
  • Quickly learn new technologies and communicate those concepts to clients with varying degrees of technical expertise.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and quickly build trust with each new client.
  • Ensure clients have a positive onboarding experience to ensure smooth adoption of Xpressdocs’ products and services.
  • Meet multiple priorities in a demanding and deadline-driven environment.
  • Support and provide backup and feedback to Implementation Manager.
  • Collect, evaluate and organize data files and spreadsheets for new account implementations.
  • Seek clarification regarding inbound requests to effectively communicate the client/or other internal department need.
  • Coordinate and lead new client training (via live webinar and/or recording).
  • Manage internal projects for new clients, including, but not limited to, storefront setups and estimates for new items.
  • Effectively document, organize, follow up, and communicate requirements and expectations to successfully manage projects and service levels.
  • Respond to phone calls and email inquiries with expediency to ensure client satisfaction and efficient internal communication.
  • Proactively seek solutions and issue resolution, both inter-departmentally and externally.  
  • Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding/implementation process.

 

You’ll thrive in this role if you have the following:

  • Experience interacting with and making recommendations to various levels of an organization (both internal and external), while collaborating with multiple departments.
  • Evidence of consistently excelling at what you do in a client-facing role.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize and oversee numerous projects at once.
  • Strong consultative communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to comfortably ask clarifying questions and to listen with the intent to understand.
  • Ability to be flexible with a positive attitude to quickly adapt to evolving customer and business needs.
  • Must be a quality conscious, detail orientated self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve problems effectively.
  • Ability to excel in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to expertly guide clients and internal partners toward a mutually beneficial solution.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in similar environment.
